Happy Monday, y'all! It's only right to start this week off with some affirmations. Affirmations are one of my favorite ways to show myself some radical-self love, and for me to practice positive self-talk! And, if we're being honest, they are daily reminders that I am 100% that bitch and so are YOU! 💋
Here we go, here are some affirmations for a radical self-love. Start by focusing on your breath.
I release perfectionism.
I am enough just as I am.
I am exactly where I am supposed to be.
I am using positive self-talk.
I am intentional about listening to what my body needs.
I am committed to doing my best.
I will rest.
I am sticking to my boundaries.
I extend grace to myself and others.
I was chosen for this.
I am operating in my purpose.
I am releasing feelings fear and anxiety.
I do not compare.
